Good luck lady! Rent and selling are such a pain!
We move next weekend and have decided to do the same thing. I was crushed when we couldn't sell it but it is what it is. God clearly has different plan than I do and all we can do is go along with it. Best of luck finding renters. your house looks great so I don't think it will be that tough for you.
